Orders containing multiple products may be processed or shipped at different times.
Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes after purchase.
After 60 minutes, an order may already be in production or preparation for shipment and cannot normally be cancelled.
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and local postal services.
USA: usually 7–14 days from the date of dispatch.
Other countries: delivery usually takes a little longer depending on the destination.
