With the exception of a few items, all of products can be personalized and are custom-made just for you. We do our best to provide accurate production and delivery times. As with any estimate, various factors may cause some orders to ship/arrive sooner or slightly later than anticipated.

Please take a moment to review this information before placing your order. Our goal is to help you understand the various shipping and delivery options available. All of the shipping information provided below factors in the time to process, print, pack, and ship your order plus time in transit.

Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days once payment is received and cleared. Order processing may take longer when we receive a huge number of orders per day. Do not be alarmed, all orders are fully insured.

Your items will be delivered within 28-45 business days after we process your order as they are made to order and unique to each customer. Due to high demand, some of the orders may take a little longer to arrive. We strive to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

Due the War in Ukraine Ukrposhta use backup delivery ways.
Ukrposhta deliver items to Poland, and then ship worldwide, that's why tracking may not work normally in some countries.

We offer free shipping worldwide. We use well known international carriers to ensure your order gets to you quickly and securely.

 We currently have a warehouse in Europe and we ship all orders from there.

Orders can be shipped to only one address.  To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and the following holidays:

New Year’s Day (January 1) 
Martin Luther King Jr Day (third Monday in January) 
Good Friday (Friday before Easter) 
Memorial Day (last Monday in May) 
Independence Day (July 4) 
Labor Day (first Monday in September) 
Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November) 
Christmas Day (December 25)

When New Year’s Day and Christmas Day fall on Sunday, they will be observed on the following Monday. When any of these holidays falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the previous Friday. In a year when Christmas Day is on Tuesday or Thursday, the office will also be closed Monday or Friday, respectively.

Nixoid Store always offers free shipping on all items. For some countries, paid express shipping is also provided.

Nixoid Storeis not responsible for lost packages for which delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.
